Capacity Connection has been in place for many years and was built out of the need for an administration service for a growing financial planning business in Southern Sydney. The business was experiencing capacity issues as many growing financial planning businesses do and so decided to build team and a process to allow the business to focus on the tasks that deliver a great service to their clients and generate revenue. Over the years since, the team has grown and the process has been refined and now is being offered to other financial planning businesses who are at a stage where they would like to free up some of their administration tasks to focus on the things they enjoy, that add value and increase revenue.
